  Ellen Malcolmson
Interim President and CEO

Ellen Malcolmson has been a member of the St. Joseph’s Board of Directors since 2008. Ellen brings with her decades of experience in senior leadership roles at Bell Canada, its subsidiary Expertech Network Installation, and the Canadian Diabetes Association. She has also served on various boards related to health care, social causes, the arts and education.

 
 
 
 
  Peter Barnicke
Years on Board - 6

Peter Barnicke is Senior Vice President with J.J. Barnicke Ltd. (now DTZ Barnicke), a large international real estate brokerage, and has been with the firm for 32 years.
Peter is involved in the community as a member of the Industrial and Commercial Realtors Committee for the Toronto Real Estate Board.   
  
 
 
 
 
  Pat Bolland
Years on Board - 2

Pat Bolland is a host at BNN, a business television programming network in Canada. He began his career at the Toronto Stock Exchange and later ran the stock-trading department at Scotia Capital. Pat left business to pursue a career in TV. He was the business editor and a host at CBC-TV, worked in the U.S. at CNBC, and returned to Canada to work at BNN.

  John Bujouves
Years on Board – appointed in 2011

John is the Chairman of Globacor Capital Inc., a boutique investment firm. Prior to joining Globacor, John was Chairman of the Bayshore Bank & Trust, one of the Caribbean's largest privately owned banks. John is a member of the Board of Directors for Numeric Answers, Dermatological Solutions, Safe Storage Depot, and Showcase Enterprises.
 
 
 
  Tony Cauch
Years on Board - 7

Tony Cauch is a Community Manager for Scotiabank (Roncesvalles  Village and Queen and Lansdowne branches). He has a keen interest in community development. Tony is the Chair of the Roncesvalles Village B.I.A., the former chair of Toronto Police Services 11 Division Community Liaison Committee, and was a director with Stay Alert-Stay Safe.
 
    Larry Chapman
Treasurer
Years on Board - 2

Larry is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Tax Foundation. He has been actively involved with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, teaching various tax courses at the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo, and serving as media spokesperson on tax matters. He is also former co-editor of the International Tax Planning feature of the Canadian Tax Journal.
 
    John Clarke
Years on Board - 3

John Clarke is a business leader with extensive experience heading a diverse portfolio of business interests. He had an extensive career in large multi-national corporations including ERCO Worldwide and BASF Canada. His expertise includes sales and marketing, cultivating talent and investing in infrastructure. John is also a director on the Board of Front Street Capital (Fund).
 
 
  Marilynne Day-Linton

Marilynne Day-Linton is a chartered accountant. She has served on several not-for profit boards: The Travel Industry Council of Ontario, Kingsway College  School, and Lambton Golf and Country Club. She is currently the Chair of the Board of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, a not-for-profit corporation that is responsible for the operation of Toronto  Pearson International  Airport.
 
    Brenda Drinkwalter
Years on Board - 5

Brenda Drinkwalter has had an extensive career in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry, most
recently, as Senior VP Corporate Affairs Canada and Latin America for IMS Health Canada. She has been active on various corporate boards and on a number of federal and provincial advisory committees. Brenda’s background is business administration and biochemistry, and she holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
 
    Maria Dyck

Maria Dyck has over 20 years experience in fundraising, marketing and communications. Her past experience includes positions with St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, the University of Toronto, Scarborough campus; and the Government of Ontario. She also volunteers for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Toronto Chapter.
 
    Louise Hucal
Years on Board - 2

Louise Hucal is the CFO with the inVentiv Communications Canada, including Jeffrey Simbrow Associates and InsightOut organizations. She has an extensive financial background and has held progressively senior positions in Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Caremark Inc., and Paymentflex Technologies. Louise is a certified
public accountant.
 
    David Johnston
Years on Board - 4

David Johnston is President & CEO of the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management (CAPDM). Prior to joining CAPDM, David served as Vice President, Community and Donor Programs, Marketing and Revenue with the Heart and Stroke Foundation. He launched his career in the pharmaceutical industry, progressing through various roles in sales and marketing.
 
    David Kincaid
Years on Board – Elected in 2011

David Kincaid is the founder, owner, President and CEO of Level5 Inc., one of Canada’s fastest-growing strategic brand consultancies. Prior to joining Level5 Inc., he was chief marketing officer at Corus Entertainment and helped set the organization’s corporate vision and values positioning. David is a frequent lecturer and speaker at Canada’s leading business schools.
 
    Ken Manget
Years on Board - 3

Ken Manget is President and CEO of Desjardins Securities International. He is also Head of Investment Banking for Desjardins Securities. Prior to that he held several senior positions within the Global Banking industry in a broad spectrum of areas including: Equity Capital Markets, Asset-banked Securities, and Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives.
 
    Dr. Peter Menikefs
Ex-Officio

Peter Menikefs is the Health Centre’s Chief of Anesthesia. He joined the medical staff after completing his residency at the University of Toronto. At St. Joseph’s, Peter has served on a number of committees. He is currently the Manager of Perioperative Medical Utilization, and his interest in obstetrical anesthesia has him teaching
sessions to expectant families on pain management during labour.
 
    Yaseen Nimjee
Years on Board – Elected in 2011

Yaseen Nimee is the co-founder and Managing Director of M5V Realty Inc. Brokerage in Toronto. Yaseen began his career trading securities for a major bank, but overseeing the construction and opening of a school in North Carolina led him back to Toronto to pursue real estate. Yaseen now has a sales portfolio of more than 100 properties valued at $50 million.
 
    Gary Selke
Years on Board – Elected in 2011

Gary P. Selke is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Front Street Capital and Director and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Front Street Investment Management Inc., the group’s OSC registered investment advisor. Mr. Selke formed Tuscarora Front Street Capital Capital Inc., an affiliated IIROC regulated investment dealer. Prior to that time, Mr. Selke was employed by RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
 
    Michael Sutton
Years on Board - 2

Michael Sutton is the Managing Director at Toronto-based agency Zulu Alpha Kilo. Prior to joining Zulu Alpha Kilo, Michael was at digital shop henderson bas where he was responsible for leading the strategic development of large-scale digital programs. Michael was named as one of 10 young Canadians selected for Marketing Magazine’s “Ones To Watch: Marketing’s Next Generation.”  
 
   

Michael Talmage

Michael Talmage is the Chief Financial Officer of Pfaff Automotive Partners, an automotive retail dealership group located in the GTA. He is responsible for all facets of financial administration, acquisitions and business development. Michael’s automotive experience spans 20 years. He is also a Certified General Accountant and is a past board member of two public companies.
 
    Patrick Walsh

Years on Board - 2

Patrick Walsh is the President of Walsh Capital Management, a private investment firm. He has extensive experience in the institutional and private wealth  investment industry, and is the past President and CEO of SEI Investments Canada. Patrick is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
